By accessing or using Syncera, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Syncera provides AI-powered bookkeeping automation, including receipt extraction, transaction sync with accounting platforms, and email integrations. Features may evolve over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other customers' use.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party integrations

Connecting Xero, QuickBooks, Gmail, Outlook, or other services is subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

Syncera is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before being relied upon for tax or financial decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syncera's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel anytime from your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
